The Linking Generations volunteer Board of Directors share their business expertise, their wisdom, and their support to the Executive Director and the program. The Board is involved in setting policies and goals as well as developing strategic planning for the organization.

Linking Generations Team
One part-time Executive Director, one part-time program assistant, and five part-time Program Coordinators oversee the five separate Linking Generations Programs. These programs also have ten volunteers who assist with the visits in order to provide seniors & students with mentoring and support so their volunteer experience is a positive one.
These dedicated individuals work as a wonderful, cohesive team and are responsible for the planning and implementation of all program visits. Each Program Coordinator oversees their program visits and is responsible for the day-to-day operation of their individual program. The Program Coordinators and volunteers are so kind and caring ~ they open their hearts to all the senior and student volunteers involved with Linking Generations.
